Summary

This small, completed study tested the feasibility of a new device called RELAY for managing pain after shoulder or foot surgery. The device combines a local anesthetic injection with electrical nerve stimulation, aiming to provide pain control for up to 28 days from a single placement. The goal was to gather information to prepare for a larger future trial.
