Summary
This study tested whether relaxation exercises and virtual reality (VR) can reduce pain, anxiety, and sleep problems after impacted wisdom tooth surgery. 36 adults who had a lower wisdom tooth removed tried these non-drug methods. The goal was to see if these simple techniques could make recovery more comfortable.
