Can simple relaxation exercises ease the pain of childbirth?

NCT ID NCT07090902

Summary

This study tested whether a childbirth preparation program using relaxation exercises could help pregnant women. Forty women were split into two groups: one received special training with a booklet and audio exercises, while the other received standard care. Researchers wanted to see if the training could help women cope with labor pain, influence their birth preferences, and make early breastfeeding more comfortable.
