First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tested whether a childbirth class that includes progressive relaxation exercises can help pregnant women feel less pain during labor, influence their birth choices, and improve breastfeeding comfort. 40 pregnant women took part, with one group receiving a special booklet and audio CD plus training, while the other group got standard care. The results may show if this simple, drug-free approach can make childbirth a more comfortable experience.
