Summary
This study observes 350 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia to find out why some don't respond to the standard blood pressure drug labetalol. Researchers will look at patient history and lab results to identify factors linked to treatment failure. The goal is to help doctors choose better treatments faster, reducing risks for mothers and babies.
