New drug shows promise against Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called raludotatug deruxtecan (R-DXd) in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. About 200 adults will take part, and the study focuses on several cancer types including gynecological and genitourinary cancers.
