Summary
This online study is testing whether a daily dose of Reishi mushroom extract can help people sleep better and feel less stressed. Researchers are recruiting 100 US adults to take 1ml of the liquid extract each night before bed for several weeks. Participants will track their sleep quality, fatigue, and stress levels through online surveys to see if this natural supplement makes a difference.
