Ancient mushroom tested as relief for cancer treatment side effects

Summary
This study is testing whether Reishi mushroom extract can help reduce fatigue and joint pain in breast cancer patients taking aromatase inhibitor medications. 80 participants will take either the extract or a placebo for four weeks, then switch, to see which helps more. The goal is to find a natural way to ease these common side effects and improve quality of life for patients on long-term treatment.
