Exercise study aims to boost recovery for cancer surgery patients

Summary
This pilot study looks at how a mix of resistance training and high-intensity interval training (ReHIIT) affects healthy adults. The goal is to understand normal body responses to this exercise program, which will later be used to help colorectal cancer patients get stronger before surgery. Fourteen healthy volunteers will take part in exercise sessions and assessments at the Royal Derby Hospital.
