Researchers track recovery paths for frail patients after hospital rehab
NCT ID NCT07351526
Summary
This study aims to understand the types of patients who use a rehabilitation hospital in Ireland's Midwest region and track their recovery. Researchers will follow 100 adults during their stay, at discharge, and six months later to see how their ability to perform daily tasks, frailty, and quality of life changes. The goal is to gather information to help match future patients with the right level of care and resources.
