New back surgery rehab aims to get workers back on the job faster

Summary
This study is testing a new, structured rehabilitation program for people having surgery for severe leg and back pain caused by a pinched nerve. The program includes support before, during, and after surgery, with a focus on getting back to work. Researchers will compare this new program to the usual care patients receive to see if it helps people return to their jobs more quickly and with better recovery.
