Summary

This study tests a new therapy to improve coughing and swallowing in people with Parkinson's disease, aiming to prevent pneumonia—a leading cause of death. Researchers will compare the same treatment given in-person or via telehealth to see which works better. About 120 participants with Parkinson's and swallowing problems will take part.
