First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study aims to see if a structured arm exercise program helps people recover better after getting a heart device (CIED) implanted. The program focuses on reducing stiffness, pain, and disability in the arm on the side of the implant. Researchers will follow 600 adults for up to 12 months, checking arm movement and safety, such as whether the exercises cause any device lead problems.
