Summary
This study will test a structured exercise program for the arm on the side where a heart device (like a pacemaker) was implanted. The goal is to see if it safely improves arm movement, reduces pain and stiffness, and boosts quality of life. About 600 adults who need or already have a heart device will take part and be followed for up to 12 months.
