Summary
This study aims to understand how the body's energy needs change while people recover from a stroke, brain injury, or major surgery. Researchers will closely measure metabolism, physical activity, brain function, and other factors in 80 participants during their rehabilitation. The goal is to gather detailed data to help build better, personalized nutrition and recovery plans for future patients.
