New rehab method aims to boost muscle recovery after hip replacement

Summary
This study tests whether adding strength training with blood flow restriction to standard rehab helps people who had hip replacement surgery regain muscle strength and reduce pain. Thirty adults who had surgery within the last month will participate. The goal is to see if this approach improves recovery compared to usual therapy alone.
