Summary

This study looks at whether foot massage or kinesio taping can improve recovery in adults aged 65 and older after heart surgery. Participants will receive one of these simple, drug-free treatments for seven days after surgery. The goal is to see if these methods help with movement, reduce fear of moving, and ease pain.
