Summary
This study tests a step-by-step rehabilitation program for people having back surgery for leg pain caused by a pinched nerve. The program includes exercises before and after surgery, early movement, and guidance on returning to work. Researchers want to see if this approach helps people get back to work faster compared to standard care. About 480 adults aged 18-65 who are employed will take part across multiple hospitals.
