Summary
This study tests a step-by-step rehabilitation program for adults having back surgery for leg pain caused by a pinched nerve. The program includes exercises before and after surgery, early movement, and guidance on returning to work. Researchers want to see if this approach helps people return to work sooner compared to standard care. About 480 people aged 18 to 65 who are employed will take part.
