NCT ID NCT05622136
First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a new way of giving the drug regorafenib to people with advanced liver cancer. Instead of starting at a high dose, the dose is slowly increased over the first two treatment cycles to find the highest dose each person can handle without severe side effects. The goal is to see if this approach helps more patients stay on treatment longer and improves their quality of life. The study involves 28 adults whose cancer has worsened after initial treatment.
