Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called REGN7508 (cenvacibart) against aspirin to prevent blood clots in 2000 adults having knee replacement surgery. The drug targets a clotting factor to reduce clot risk. Researchers will compare how many people develop clots or die from clot-related causes in each group.
