New shot may replace aspirin to stop deadly clots after knee surgery

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called REGN7508 against aspirin to prevent dangerous blood clots in adults after knee replacement surgery. About 2000 participants will receive either the new drug or aspirin. The goal is to see which works better at preventing clots and related deaths.
