Summary
This study tested an experimental antibody drug called REGN5381 in adults whose high blood pressure remained uncontrolled despite taking one or more standard medications. The goal was to see if the new drug could safely lower blood pressure more effectively. The trial was terminated early and is no longer enrolling new participants.
