Summary
This study tests a communication training program called ReFrame-R for Cantonese-speaking older adults in Hong Kong who have regular contact with their adult children. The goal is to see if the program helps them communicate better, feel more purposeful, and improve family relationships. Forty participants will be assigned to either the training or a control group, and researchers will measure changes in communication skills and well-being.
