Summary

This study aims to learn more about people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) that doesn't respond well to standard treatments, known as 'refractory RA.' Researchers will follow 200 adults with this condition over time to observe their symptoms, immune system patterns, and quality of life. The goal is to gather information that could help identify better treatment approaches for these patients in the future.
