First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026

Summary

This study tests two simple, drug-free methods—reflexology (foot massage) and progressive muscle relaxation—to see which better reduces fatigue in people on dialysis. Sixty adults aged 50-70 with moderate to severe fatigue will be split into three groups and followed for 12 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, low-cost way to improve energy and sleep quality.
