Summary
This study tested whether reflexology or classical hand massage can help reduce pain, anxiety, and improve vital signs in 70 adults who had a coronary angiography (a heart artery procedure). Participants received one of the two massage techniques, and their pain and anxiety levels were measured. The goal was to see if these simple hand treatments could provide comfort after the procedure.
