Hand massage study tests natural relief after heart procedure
NCT ID NCT06853860
Summary
This study tested whether two types of hand massage—reflexology or a standard technique—could help patients feel better after a coronary angiography procedure. Researchers worked with 70 adults who had just undergone this heart artery imaging test, measuring their pain, anxiety, and vital signs. The goal was to see if these simple, non-drug therapies could provide comfort during recovery.
