NCT ID NCT07168187
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 09, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether reflexology (a type of foot massage) can help lower anxiety, shorten labor, and reduce pain for women whose labor is started with a balloon device. About 84 pregnant women will take part. Half will get reflexology after the balloon is placed, and the other half will get standard care. Researchers will measure anxiety before and after treatment using a standard questionnaire.
