Summary

This study tests whether a special training program can change spinal reflexes to improve walking and reduce leg spasticity in people with chronic spinal cord injury. Researchers will enroll 25 adults who have had a spinal cord injury for at least one year and can walk at least 10 meters with help. Participants will attend about 45 sessions over 6 months to practice the reflex training.
