Summary

This study aims to create a simple tool for emergency doctors to predict which older adults (60+) who fall and lie on the floor for over an hour are at risk of serious kidney problems or death. Researchers will review medical records of 1,000 patients to find key factors that lead to poor outcomes. The goal is to help doctors decide who needs hospital care and who can safely go home.
