New program empowers veterans to fight antibiotic overuse

Summary

This study tests a program that gives veterans with spinal cord injury and bladder issues the tools to talk to their doctors and avoid antibiotics they may not need. The goal is to reduce antibiotic resistance, a serious public health problem. About 30 veterans will take part to see if the program improves their quality of life.
