Summary
This study tests a digital health program called weSIPsmarter designed to help preschool children and their parents drink fewer sugary drinks. About 744 families from 12 rural Head Start programs will take part, with some using the program and others continuing as usual. The goal is to see if the program leads to healthier drink choices.
