Sit less, feel better? new approach for kidney patients

Summary
This study is testing whether helping Black adults with chronic kidney disease reduce their sitting time can improve their quality of life. Half of the 40 participants will receive support to sit less, while the other half will receive general kidney disease education. Researchers will follow all participants for 12 weeks to see if reducing sedentary time makes a difference.
