First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested a new program to help Somali families reduce shisha (hookah) smoke inside their homes. Fifteen families took part, and researchers checked if the program was easy to use and if it lowered smoke exposure by testing urine and saliva. The goal was to see if this approach could work for a larger study in the future.
