Summary

This study aims to reduce potentially harmful medication prescriptions for adults 65 and older leaving the emergency room. It tests whether feedback messages from a fellow doctor or an anonymous computer system are more effective than usual care at helping doctors choose safer drugs. The goal is to protect older patients from dangerous drug side effects and interactions.
