Summary
This study is testing whether giving radiation to only one side of the neck is safe and reduces side effects for people with throat cancer located on one side. Currently, most patients receive radiation to both sides of the neck, which can cause more side effects. Researchers want to see if targeting just the affected side maintains cancer control while improving quality of life.
