Summary

This study tests whether simple comfort measures—like playing calming music, using visual distractions, or timing numbing gel—can reduce pain and anxiety during bladder cancer exams. About 378 adults with bladder cancer will be randomly assigned to receive these extra comforts or standard care. Participants will answer short surveys about their pain and anxiety right after the procedure.
