Summary
This study tested a simple technique called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help students feel less anxious before exams. 62 Somali students participated, and researchers measured their anxiety and how they coped with stress. The goal was to see if EFT could be a useful tool for managing exam nerves.
