Summary

This study tested a program called CAPABLE for older adults (65+) who had been in the hospital. It combined help with medications, strength and balance exercises, pain management, and home modifications. The goal was to see if these services could improve their ability to walk, bathe, and do daily tasks. The study involved 268 participants and measured changes in disability over time.
