Summary

This study looks at whether a lifestyle program focusing on diet and exercise can reduce breast cancer risk in normal-weight postmenopausal women who have excess body fat. The goal is to change body composition and lower inflammation. About 40 women will take part to see if the program is feasible and helpful.
