Summary

This study looks at whether a diet and exercise program can reduce breast cancer risk in normal-weight postmenopausal women who have excess body fat. About 40 women will take part in supervised sessions with a trainer and health coaching. The goal is to see if lowering body fat and inflammation can help prevent breast cancer.
