Summary
This study tests whether giving a lower dose of a drug called cyclophosphamide after a stem cell transplant can reduce side effects while still preventing graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and cancer relapse. The trial involves 180 adults with blood cancers who are receiving a half-matched (haploidentical) stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the lower dose improves survival without severe complications two years after the transplant.
