Gentler treatment tested for frail lung cancer patients
NCT ID NCT06731413
Summary
This study is testing whether a lower dose of chemotherapy, when combined with immunotherapy, is safer and easier to tolerate for older or frail adults with advanced lung cancer. The main goal is to see if this gentler approach causes fewer severe side effects that would force patients to stop treatment. Researchers will also track how well the cancer responds and how it affects patients' quality of life.
