Heart hole closure device aims to stop repeat strokes

Summary
This study looks at whether closing a small hole in the heart (called PFO) with a special device, along with blood-thinning medication, can help prevent another stroke in people who already had a stroke with no clear cause. About 636 participants will get the device and be followed to see if it reduces the risk of future strokes and is safe. The goal is to see if this approach works well in everyday medical practice.
