Could less radiation be enough for HPV throat cancer?

Summary

This study is for people with HPV-positive throat cancer who are scheduled for standard chemoradiation. It tests whether giving a lower radiation dose (30 Gy) to the tumor and nearby lymph nodes can still control the cancer while reducing side effects. About 31 participants will be followed for 2 years to see how well the cancer is kept in check and to monitor quality of life and safety.
