Summary

This study tests whether a dietary supplement called Redsenol-1 Plus can safely reduce fatigue in adults who have had cancer treatment. 72 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if fatigue levels improve, as measured by a standard questionnaire.
