Summary

This study looks at people whose TAVI heart valve has stopped working well and may need a second TAVI procedure (Redo TAVI). Researchers will track 550 patients to see how safe and effective this second procedure is, and compare it to open-heart surgery or medication. The goal is to give doctors clear guidance on the best treatment for failed TAVI valves.
