Shine a light on injury prevention: red light therapy study
NCT ID NCT07477678
Summary
This study investigates whether a 10-minute session with a special red and near-infrared light panel can improve ankle mobility and hamstring flexibility in healthy university students. Researchers want to see if this light therapy could be a simple strategy to help reduce the risk of sports injuries. Forty participants will try three different sessions: a control period, a cycling warm-up, and the light therapy, with their flexibility measured before and after each.
