Could a gentle red light boost IVF success?
NCT ID NCT07425080
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle red light treatment, called photobiomodulation, can help improve the development of eggs and embryos during IVF. The light aims to boost the energy levels in eggs, which can decline with age, potentially leading to better quality embryos and higher pregnancy success. The trial will involve 270 women undergoing IVF, comparing treated eggs to untreated ones from the same person.
