Summary
This study tests two immunotherapy drugs, efineptakin alfa and pembrolizumab, in people whose glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) has returned after standard treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can help the immune system fight the tumor and improve survival. About 54 adults will receive the drugs before surgery to remove the tumor.
