Summary

This study compares two surgical methods (through the anus or through the vagina) to treat a condition called rectocele, where the wall between the rectum and vagina weakens, causing constipation and difficulty passing stool. About 62 women who have not improved with other treatments will take part. The goal is to see which surgery better relieves symptoms and has fewer complications.
