Summary
This study tested a new website called RecTech Match, designed to help adults with physical disabilities find accessible local exercise opportunities and connect with others. Seven participants tried the website and received health coaching calls to see if it could help them overcome common barriers to being active. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and could encourage more physical activity.
