NCT ID NCT07297030
Summary
This study is testing a new combination treatment for people with high-risk, locally advanced rectal cancer. It aims to see if using a shorter, more intense course of radiation along with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug is safe and effective at shrinking or eliminating the tumor before surgery. The goal is to improve the chance of a complete response and better control the cancer.
